• FRAME: All Furniture Divano frames are warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for life. We will pay within one year from the date of purchase reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer or a repair center designated by our customer service department at no charge to the original purchaser. After 1 year from the date of purchase, the purchaser will be fully responsible for packing and all shipping, handling and transportation costs.
  • SUSPENSION: The seat and back comfort suspension is warrantied for five (5) years from date of consumer purchase against defects in material and workmanship. We will pay within one year from the date of purchase reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer or a repair center designated by our customer service department at no charge to the original purchaser. After 1 year from the date of purchase, the purchaser will be fully responsible for packing and all shipping, handling and transportation costs. 
  • FOAM: Foam cushioning is warrantied against the loss of resilience for one (1) year from the consumer date of purchase. 
  • LEATHER: All leathers and covers are warrantied for one (1) year from date of receipt of furniture. As a natural product, leather must be care for with a quality leather furniture cleaner and conditioner. Failure to use appropriate products will void any leather warranty. 
  • Furniture Divano's obligation under warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at Furniture Divano's option any parts, or parts, (except fabrics of leathers) of the product found to be defective in workmanship or materials upon examination by an authorized agent of the manufacturer.
  • Liability for incidental or consequential damages under any and all warranties is excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. 
  • From time to time, Furniture Divano sells other manufacturers products direct to the consumer. In the event of a warranty claim for these products, Furniture Divano will either direct the customer to that manufacturer and/or help and assist in processing their claim to that manufacturer's specifications. Furniture Divano reserves the right to decide whether to intervene on the consumer's behalf or direct the customer to work directly with the manufacturer. Furniture Divano warranties are often similar but can be different than the actual manufacturer's warranty.
  • Any warranty claim caused by consumer use or abuse will be void. If both consumer abuse and a factory defect are involved at the same time, the manufacturer of the product will decide on the validity of the entire claim.
  • This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a second party. Furniture Divano is not responsible for and cannot process, handle or resolve warranty claims for products not purchased through Furniture Divano, defunct manufacturers or products damaged by floods, fire or other acts of God.
  • Clearance items are sold "AS IS" and the warranty does not apply to these items.
