Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame and suspension of our furniture. American Leather also warrants furniture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, other than frame and suspension, for five years from the date of purchase. All sleeper and recliner mechanisms are under warranty for three years from the date of purchase. Defects in workmanship and materials are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or altering the appearance of the piece substantially. This warranty applies under conditions of normal usage and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence or normal wear. If a defect is found in the product, American Leather will repair or replace, at its option, the defective workmanship or material. American Leather reserves the right to arrange local repair, and the cost of packing and shipping to and from factory is not covered by the warranty unless expressly arranged by American Leather.
At Furniture Divano we take pride in exceptional customer service and craftsmanship of our furniture. We commit to putting our customers on the first place. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery, to make sure that everything is just perfect. In the unlikely event of a furniture return request, our customer care team is always available to guide you along the process.
For returns please notify us at email@example.com. Make sure to include the name the order was placed under, your invoice number and the pieces you plan to return.
Wrap the pieces in the original packaging, as close as possible to how they were delivered. All returns must be in the original packaging and “as new” condition.
Call us at 1-858-549-7999 to let us know when your package is ready to be picked up. Unlike other companies who make you arrange your own return shipping, we will be happy to do this for you, so you can avoid high-priced standard shipping rates. We hope that our prompt assistance with your return will allow you to recommend Furniture Divano to friends and family.
In the event that a purchase was made with a Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping offer, our actual shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund. In other words, discounted shipping rates are a one-way offer. In the event the order is returned for any reason, or is cancelled, but has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. In the event that an order is cancelled but the order has not shipped, no shipping charges will be owed by the customer (except for custom furniture)
Due to the time and effort it takes to make custom furniture, all custom orders cancelled more than three (3) days after the purchase date will incur a 50% restocking fee. Custom furniture include any order where the upholstery (leather or fabric) design, or finish of any product is specifically ordered and manufactured according to the customer’s selection and specifications.

All items are shipped insured. In the rare event your furniture is damaged during shipping you will not be responsible. When your furniture is ready to ship we will E-Mail you shipping details so that you can follow your shipment all the way to you. When the shipping company gets withing a day or two of delivering your furniture, they will contact you to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Furniture is shipped curbside delivery (White Glove only available in California) and arrangements will need to be made by the customer for the furniture to be carried inside the house. Our experience has been that the drivers can be helpful upon request, however Furniture Divano does not guarantee that a driver will help with moving the furniture into the customer’s house. In the event of a free shipping promotion, some of the areas of the United States require additional shipping fees.
Each of our brands has a different shipping time. Some of our brands ship within 2-3 weeks from the dates we process your order, which means you will have it within 4 weeks in most cases, however, other brands might take up to 12-14 weeks to deliver. This is part of our under promise, over deliver policy, so do not be surprised if your furniture will show up sooner. We have learned that it is better to tell you three (3) to four (4) weeks and have it show up earlier, than tell you two (2) or three (3) and have an unexpected delay.
